国产吻合器在食管癌和贲门癌手术中的应用

摘　　要：目的总结一次性国产吻合器在食管癌和贲门癌根治术中应用的临床经验。方法对125例食管癌和贲门癌患者使用WH—Y系列一次性弯管形吻合器进行食管胃吻合。结果全组无手术死亡，无吻合口瘘发生，发生吻合口狭窄1例（0．8％），在内镜引导下行扩张数次后吞咽困难明显改善。发生吻合13出血2例（1．6％），经应用止血药物保守治疗后均痊愈出院。结论应用吻合器吻合可减少吻合口瘘的发生率，熟练掌握国产吻合器的使用可减少并发症的发生。Objective To summarize the clinical application of domestic disposable anastomotic instrument in resection of esophageal and gastric cardial carcinoma. Methods WH-Y series domestic disposable anastomotic stapler was applied in 125 patients with esophageal and gastric cardial carcinoma. Results No surgical death occurred. The incidence of anastomotic leakage was zero. The incidence of anastomotic stricture was 0.8%. The incidence of anastomotic hemorrhage was 1.6%. Conclusion Stapled anastomoses can reduce the incidence of anastomotic leakage. Good manipulation of the domestic disposable anastomotic instrument can reduce surgical complications.
