摘　　要：为了解决运动录像解析系统信息反馈缓慢和可操作性差的问题,以短跑为例,研制了"短跑主要技术参数"计算机应用程序,利用计算机智能自动识别运动各阶段的特征时刻(如脚离地瞬间,脚着地瞬间,前、后支撑分界时刻等),从而实现计算机自动构造和提取特征时刻变量,使运动录像解析系统及时反馈运动信息并具有良好的可操作性。In order to solve the slow systematic information feedback in sport videos and the problem of less operation effectiveness, it has developed the application program of computer of ＂main technical parameter of sprinter＂ with sprinters as an example. It utilized the computer intelligence to discern the characteristic moment （the moment of lift - off foot, the moment of touching ground, the divided moment of front and rear support, etc. ） to realize the compute automatic structure and the extraction of characteristic moment variable, and let the movement information feedback promptly and had a good effectiveness.
