摘 要:目的探讨低强度电磁场对大鼠生精细胞P53和Bcl-2表达的影响。方法选择Wistar大鼠60只,随机分为于0.1mT,12.8mT电磁场暴中露2周和12周组及对照组,每组10只。持续2周和12周,摘眼球取血,测血清卵泡雌激素(FSH)、黄体生成素(LH)、睾酮(T)含量,麻醉大鼠后摘取睾丸,应用免疫组织化学的方法检测睾丸P53和Bcl-2的表达,并应用图像分析系统进行测定。结果与正常对照组相比较,于0.1 mT、12.8mT电磁场中暴露2周和12周,P53灰度值升高,Bcl-2灰度值下降,两者均有统计学意义。结论随着电磁场强度的升高和在磁场中暴露时间的延长,大鼠生精细胞P53的表达明显上调,Bcl-2的表达逐渐下降。Objective To study the low-intensity electromagnetic fields P53 and Bcl-2 expression in the spermatogenic cells of rats. Methods 60 adult female Wistar rats were divided into 0.1mT, 12.8mT and the control group, 10 in each group, after electromagnetic radiation at 2 and 12 weeks, Removable eyeball blood, measurement of serum estrogen follicle (FSH), luteinizing hormone (LH), testosterone (T) content,each group 10 rats were randomly selected after the removal of narcotic testicles, immunohistochemical methods were used to detect P53 and Bcl-2 application of image analysis system. Results Compared with the control group, electromagnetic field exposure 2 and 12 weeks trial groups, P53 grayscale values increased, Bcl gray-scale values lowered, and the difference showed significant difference staistically. Conclusion With the increase in exposure dose and the duration of rat spermatogenic epithelium upregulated P53 expression, Bcl-2 expression gradually decrease.
