民族地区资教教师的现状与对策研究——以湖北省恩施土家族苗族自治州为例

摘　　要：对湖北省恩施土家族苗族自治州的师资流动状况进行的详细调查表明:资教教师的生活、教学等状况均存在一定问题,如生活的不适、教学的不安、教学效果的不尽人意等。这种现状对少数民族地区教师队伍建设、稳定及教育质量的保障有着不可忽视的影响。因此,为了民族地区的教育发展、为了民族地区的孩子、为了整个教育事业的发展,我们需要可持续发展的有效机制作保障。With the over - all investigation of the mobility of teachers in Exi Tujia family living in Miao minority autonomy region in Hubei Province. It found that the grant - aided teachers graduated from the college has become the main part in ethnic minority regions. This paper has analyzed the problems that the teachers are facing with and the impact on the development of the educational sector in ethnic minority region. It is necessary for us to develop a sustainable operation system to promote the development of the education in ethnic minority .
