摘　　要：高校学生党组织先进性建设是高校党建的核心内容,面对新形势,如何创造性地开展这项工作成为一个重要的课题。党员导学制是用教师党员引导学生党员,以党员学生为龙头带领非党学生勤奋学习、全面发展。以科技创新导学、考研导学和网络导学等形式把党员学生摆在学风建设"领头羊"的位置。To maintain the vanguard character of Chinese Communist Party organization of college students is of great importance to Party construction in colleges. Under new circumstances, how to do this work creatively becomes increasingly vital. Party member helping system is put forward which means that teacher Party members help student Party members, while the latter serve as an example for the non - party member students to be diligent and ambitious, and develop themselves in an all - round way. The system centers on offering help in terms of innovation of science and technology, preparation for postgraduate entrance examinations, and Network learning. Meanwhile, Party member students should take a lead in maintaining learning atmosphere.
