摘　　要：发汗解表是《伤寒论》中祛邪第一法,临床运用要知道其适应症,更要了解其禁忌证。现通过对麻黄汤禁忌证的探讨,深刻理解张仲景运用发汗解表时要时时固护胃气,存津液这一基本原则。Diaphoresis is the first method in Shanghan Lun to eliminate pathogen ,so in the clinic you should know how to use it and most important in what case you should not .This article is going to talk about in what ease Mahuang Tang not suitable ,so you can understand Zhang zhong-jing how to use it under the principle of preserving stomach-Qi and body fluid.
