多元指数分布下恒定应力加速寿命试验的优化设计

摘　　要：研究产品寿命服从Marshall-Olkin多元指数分布的有关加速寿命试验的统计分析及其优化设计。首先介绍了多元指数分布在恒定应力下的加速寿命试验基本过程,并对相应参数进行了估计;其次在k个应力l个未知参数的加速寿命方程下,以D—最优和V—最优为准则,解决了Marshall-Olkin指数分布恒定应力加速寿命试验中定数与定时截尾的最优设计问题;该文即可看成是文献[5]和文献[6]的推广,也可看成是文献[7]的推广。In this paper, the optimal designs and statistical analysis of accelerated life tests under the Marshal-Olkin multivariate exponential distribution are studied. Under the constant-stress, the basic process of the accelerated life tests of the multivariate exponential distribution is introduced and corresponding parameters are estimated firstly. Then, given the accelerated equation of k stress with 1 unknown parameters, the optimal designs of the accelerated life tests of type I and type II under the constant stress are respectively studied according to D-optimal and V-optimal. This paper generalizes a number of results, which are shown in other papers （[5][6] [7]） ago.
