摘　　要：虚拟化经营具备市场机制与行政管理的双重性,是现代企业制度的一种创新。我国企业虚拟化经营尚处于初级发展阶段。虽然取得了一定的成就,但是也存在一些问题,需要采取切实可行的发展战略来解决这些问题,为我国企业虚拟化经营的发展创造一个良好的空间。Fictitious management has duality of market mechanism and management, and is a kind of modem enterprise system innovation. Our country＇ s enterprises fictitious management is still in the initial stages of development. Although has achieved some success, but there are still some problems. We need adopt feasible development strategies to sole these problems, and create a good space for the development of our country enterprises fictitious management.
