摘  要:为更好地应用草坪草进行铜尾矿废弃地的植物修复与治理,以狗牙根、高羊茅和三叶草为研究对象,通过对其根际与非根际土壤的取样分析,研究了3种草坪草生长对大型铜尾矿废弃地土壤酶活性的影响.结果表明:3种草坪草根际环境显著地提高了土壤酶活性,减小了各样点之间土壤酶活性的差别,同时,3种草坪草的生长及根际环境土壤酶活性的增加,提高了土壤中有效态铜含量的比率,使重金属Cu向易被植物吸收利用的形态转化,在一定程度上增加了Cu的生物有效性,从而有效减少土壤中Cu的污染,改良土壤环境.高羊茅和三叶草比狗牙根具有更强的清除土壤Cu的能力,二者根际环境造成土壤Cu的降低量平均达到10.36%和7.78%,高于狗牙根的5.02%.In order to investigate the effect of turfgrasses on phytoremediation and control of copper railings, we chose Cynodon dactylon, Festuca arundinacea and Trifolium repens as the objects and researched the effects of the growth of these turfgrasses on soil enzymes activities in wasteland of copper railings, with sampling and analysis of rhizosphere or non-rhizosphere soils of plants. The results show that the rhizosphere surroundings of Cynodon dactylon, Festuca arundinacea and Trifolium repens obviously enhance the soil enzyme activities and diminish the differences of the soil enzymes activities among sampling spots. Meanwhile, the growth of these turfgrasses and the increase of soil enzymes activities enhance the ratio of copper in soil. It changes the copper forms from heavy metal copper to the forms that could be absorbed and used easily by plants, increasing the bio-availability of copper, decreasing content of total copper in soils, and improving ecological environment of soils. Among the three turfgrasses, the capacity of Festuca arundinacea and Trifolium repens on cleaning up copper in soils is higher than that of Cynodon dactylon. The rhizosphere surroundings of Festuca arundinacea and Trifolium repens decease copper content about 10.36% and 7.78%, they are 5.02% higher than that of Cynodon dactylon.
