摘　　要：海绵糖的制条方式通常以人工方式完成,劳动强度大、不卫生且产品成本高,新研制的海绵糖成条机采用凸轮机构传动可以克服这些缺陷。The design of the sponge sweet forming machine, its principle were outlined. It was proved that the machine had high productivity and worked smoothly. The machine was simple and the products were of high quality.
