摘　　要：介绍了纤维素酶的组分、作用机理、产纤维素酶的微生物种类以及纤维素酶的生产工艺等,对纤维素酶在食品、饲料、纺织、生物质能源开发等领域的应用进行了综述,并对未来的研究趋势及应用进行了展望。This paper introduced the components, mechanism of cellulase, the classification of microorganism to produce cellulase and production technology of cellulase . And summarized the current applications of cellulase on food, feedstuff, spinning, bioenergy development and other fields. And prospected the oncoming study tendency and applications of cellulase .
