涉农大学生就业收入水平及其影响因素分析

摘　　要：以全国100多所农业院校的调查数据为基础,利用Logisitic模型对涉农大学生就业收入水平及其影响因素进行计量分析。研究表明,英语成绩和职务性质对大学生就业收入水平有显著影响。Taking the survey data of more than 100 agricultural universities as the foundations, the measurement analysis was carried on the income level and its influencing factors of agriculture-related college students by using Logisitic model. The research showed English grades and the duty nature had remarkable influences on the income level of graduated college students.
