摘  要:选用体重为37 g左右的建鲤Cyprinus carpiovar.Jian 360尾,随机分为3个处理组(记为对照、A、B组),每组设4个重复,每个重复组放鱼30尾,投喂的饲料中分别添加质量分数为0、0.05%、0.1%的乳化剂。结果表明:与对照组相比,B组建鲤的相对增重率、特定生长率、饲料转化效率、饲料蛋白质效率以及饲料蛋白质沉积率等生长性能指标显著提高(P<0.05),其血糖、尿素氮、血脂、胆固醇、极低密度脂蛋白和低密度脂蛋白的含量也显著提高(P<0.05),而A组与对照组相比差异不显著;建鲤饲料中添加乳化剂没有影响鱼体粗蛋白质、粗脂肪、粗灰分、水分、肥满度及内脏比等品质指标。A feeding trial was conducted to study the effect of emulsifier on growth performance and blood biochemical index in common carp( Cyprinus carpio vat. Jian). All of 360 fish were randomly allotted to three groups with tetraplication and fed rations with different levels (0, 0.05% ,and 0. 1% ) of emulsifier. There were significantly (P 〈 0.05 )improved relative weight gain, special growth rate, feed conversion rate, feed protein efficiency, and protein retention rate in the fish fed the diets supplemented with 0. 1% emulsifier. The fish in 0. 1% emulsifier group had higher urea nitrogen, serum lipids, cholesterol, very low density lipoprotein, and tow-density lipoprotein compared with the control group ( P 〈 0.05 ), without significant difference between 0.05% emulsifier group and the control group. The whole body protein, lipid, ash, moisture, condition factor and viscerosomatic index were no significant differences in the supplement of emulsifier groups.
