摘　　要：企业实施技术创新战略,应随着市场、技术环境的变化而不断调整组织结构,寻求一种适用的技术创新组织形式,有效推动企业技术创新是一项重要的课题。文章从技术创新特征着手,指出传统组织形式已不适应企业技术创新的要求,在阐述企业选择技术创新组织形式应考虑问题的基础上,分析了7种技术创新组织的主要形式及其适用情况。Enterprises should adjust its organizational structure constantly along with the changing market and technological environment once it implements the technological innovation strategies. Finding a suitable organization form of technological innovation to promote enterprises＇technical innovation effectively becomes an important issue. The article points out that the tradition configuration of organization cannot meet the needs of enterprise technological innovation under the new characteristics of technological innovation process. Then, the article has analyzed seven major organization forms and their suitable conditions after recounting the problems that should be considered when the enterprise chooses its technological organization forms.
