摘　　要：高校校级科研项目是高校科研项目体系的重要组成部分,对高校培养科技后备人才、开展科研项目预研、活跃学术氛围起到了积极作用。高校校级科研项目主要分为人才类项目、科技预研型项目和学术交流型项目三种类型,其设置应遵循衔接性、服务性、系统性、目标性等四个原则;优化校级科研项目体系结构,加强校级科研项目的二级管理,激发研发基地和学术带头人的带动作用是高校校级科研项目管理中应注意的重点方面。As an important part of scientific research project system in universities, university-level scientific research projects plays a positive role in the training of science and technology talents, the development of pre-research on scientific research project, and the development of academic activities. Four Principles of setting up university-level scientific research projects are cohesion, service, system and goal. Three Types of university-level scientific research projects are talent projeers, pre-research projects and academic exchange projects. On this basis, key points required attention in management process of University-level scientific research projects include the optimization of the system, the strengthening of two-level management of the university and its school, and the improvement of the leading roles played by the leading research personnel.
