摘  要:市场竞争环境的变化和信息技术的发展促使企业实施流程再造战略,以提高其竞争力,但企业难以对流程再造为企业带来的绩效进行充分的评估,从而无法制定相应的持续改善计划。从企业的战略目标出发,借鉴平衡记分卡(BSC)绩效评价体系,运用层次分析法(AHP)确定了各个指标的权重,建立了企业流程再造绩效评价体系及其多层次模糊综合评价模型,为企业流程再造的绩效评价提供了依据。The changes of the market competition environment and the development of information technology make enterprises imply business process reengineering strategy to improve competition, However,it's difficult to evaluate their performance and promoting enterprises' sustainable development. From the strategic objectives of enterprise, drawing on the Balanced Scorecard (BSC) performance evaluation system, and using analytical hierarchy process (AHP) to determine the weight, a business process reengineering performance evaluation system and its multi - level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model has been built, and it provides the basis for the performance evaluation of business process reengineering.
