摘　　要：随着工程硕士招收领域的增加和规模扩大,如何采取有效管理措施,提高工程硕士培养质量成为培养单位的重中之重。通过分析西安建筑科技大学培养过程管理、招生考试、培养过程和学位论文等环节的严格管理、努力提高工程硕士培养质量的主要经验,并结合学校特色通过加强入学考试管理,培养过程管理和论文阶段的管理和评估,提出了如何提高工程硕士培养质量的建议。With the gradual expanding of areas and growing number of enrollment of Master of Engineering, effective management measures and the quality of education have become the focus of attention in universities. By analyzing the entrance examination, the training process and the degree theses, and other aspects in Xi ＇an University of Architecture and Technology, this paper has discussed the experience in improving the quality of Master of Engineering. Suggestions on how to improve the quality of Master of Engineering has been put forward, such as improving the management of entrance examinations, process management, papers management and assessment.
