摘　　要：作者在广泛查阅相关文献的基础上,以中国期刊网中2003年以来有关论述旅游专业人才培养问题的各类文章和2007年以来研究相关问题的优秀硕士论文为主要研究对象,对目前国内外旅游与饭店管理专业技能型人才培养模式的相关论述进行梳理,旨在探索更为有效的职业院校旅游与饭店管理专业技能型人才的培养模式。Based on extensive literature review, especially the articles on cultivation of tourism talents since 2003 on China Journal Net and excellent dissertations related to the research object since 2007, the author analyzes the training modes of skilled talents in tourism and hotel management both at home and abroad, in order to find a more effective training mode of tourism and hotel management majors in vocational colleges.
