缓激肽B2受体在脑胶质瘤患者肿瘤组织中的表达及临床意义

摘　　要：目的观察脑胶质瘤患者肿瘤组织内缓激肽B2受体表达水平,为临床治疗提供理论依据。方法采用Western Blot方法测定26例脑胶质瘤患者肿瘤组织(观察组)及3份正常脑组织(对照组)的缓激肽B2受体表达水平(以整合密度表示),并分析其与肿瘤病理级别之间的关系。结果缓激肽B2受体在对照组无表达;观察组表达水平显著高于对照组(P<0.01),病理分级Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ级者表达水平依次升高,两两比较,P均<0.01。结论缓激肽B2受体在脑胶质瘤患者肿瘤组织中的表达明显升高,且与肿瘤病理分级明显相关;检测缓激肽B2受体表达水平可作为RMP-7临床疗效评估的重要指标。Objective To investigate the expression of bradykinin B2 receptor in brain glioma tissue, so as to provide theoretical basis for the clinical treatment. Methods The B2 receptor expression level of 26 glioma samples （observed group） and 3 normal brain tissue（ control group） was determined by We.stem blot,and the relationship between which and tumor pathological classification was analyzed. Results There were no bradykinin B2 receptor expression in the control group. The expression of bradykinin B2 receptor in the observed group was significantly higher than that in the control group （P〈0.01） ,and which in Ⅰ grade 〈 Ⅱgrade 〈 In grade（P〈0.01）. Conclusions There is high expression of bradykinin B2 receptor in brain glioma tissue and which is significantly related to the tumor pathological classification. The determination of B2 receptor expression levels is important for the estimation of clinical effects.
