摘  要:莱钢采用红外线水分仪检测烧结混合料水分,由于水分测量信号与实际信号间存在大滞后,有热返矿时,采用模糊前馈控制对控制量进行修正;无返矿时,采用"前馈-反馈加串级"的控制方案,对前馈计算值加以修正,从而控制烧结混合料的加水量。应用表明,一混、二混水分设定值和实际控制值之间标准偏差分别为0.484%和0.376%,最终混合料水分基本控制在7.6%~8.4%。Laiwu Steel adopted infrared moisture meter for the moisture measurement of sinter mixture. Because of there was large lag between the measurement single and practical single, when there was hot return fines, fuzzy-feedforward control was used to adjust the control value, contrarily, the feedforward-feedback and cascade control were used to correct the feedforward calculation values, then controlling the water addition of siuter mixture. Application showed that the standard deviation between the set value and the checked value for first mixture and second mixture moisture was 0.484% and 0376% separately. At the same time, the final mixture moisture was controlled from 7.6% to 8.4% basically.
