摘　　要：2008年金融危机的大潮席卷全球经济,曾经被视为"印度骄傲"的软件产业受到了严重挫伤。在当前形势下,非常有必要分析中国软件产业的发展现状及将要面临的严峻考验和战略机遇,为进一步探讨金融危机环境下中国软件产业持续发展提供基本思路。The software industry, one of the prides of India, has been affected seriously during the widelyspread financial crisis in 2008. Thus it is important and necessary to analyze the development, the crisis and the opportunities of software industry in China, so as to stimulate sustainable development of China＇ s software industry in financial crisis.
