摘　　要：企业执行力文化是基于执行力之上的文化形态,是围绕执行力的提高而培育存在于企业内部的思想理念和行为价值。企业执行力文化的培养可以通过树立执行力文化理念,营造执行力文化的氛围,加强沟通培养团队意识,创新激励机制等实现。The executive ablity culture is the culture based on executive ablity. It is the ideological system and behavior value in enterprise, which involves the enhancement of executive ability. The executive ablity culture can be cultivated through the fellowing ways： set up the executive ablity culture concept; made the executive ablity culture atmosphere;enhance communication and reform incentive system.
