摘　　要：目的探讨MARS人工肝治疗重型肝炎的疗效和安全性。方法对30例重型肝炎患者在内科综合治疗同时,加用MARS人工肝治疗。检测治疗前后肝、肾功能、血氨、凝血酶原时间、电解质、血常规的改变并进行比较。结果经MARS治疗后,血总胆红素、直接胆红素、肌酐、尿素氮、血氨、凝血酶原时间明显降低(P<0.01),肝性脑病清醒率78%。结论MARS人工肝能有效地缓解病情、减少并发症、促进肝细胞再生以及为肝移植争取了宝贵时间。Objective Discuss MARS manpower liver curing heavy type hepatitis curative effect and security. Method Liver cures the manpower 30 patients of heavy types hepatitis patient is cured synthetically in internal medicine adding use MARS at the same time. Check time , electrolyte , routine blood test changing and comparison being in progress curing the front and back liver kidney function , blood ammonia , fibrin ferment plain. Results By that MARS curing the queen , general bilirubin of blood , direct bilirubin , muscle anhydride , urea nitrogen , blood ammonia , fibrin ferment plain time reducing （P 〈 0. 01 ） , liver nature brain disease sober rate 78%. Conchtsions MARS manpower liver can relieve state of illness , cut clown complication , boost hepatoeyte regenerating and be that liver transplanting has striven for precious time effectively.
