摘  要:针对装备战场损伤等级评定中具有较大的模糊性和随机性问题,应用多目标多维模糊决策的基本原理,提出一种带有信息熵和调控系数的目标函数,得到新的模糊决策识别矩阵和目标权重的计算模型,为装备战场损伤等级评定提供了一种有效方法。该方法根据3种不同情况,给出了相应的计算步骤,计算结果较准确地反映了装备战场损伤程度。新的计算模型不仅对多目标多维模糊决策理论模型的发展进行了尝试,而且丰富了装备战场损伤等级评定方法。In views of fuzziness and randomicity in equipment battlefield damage degree evaluation, this paper provides an effective method in damage degree evaluation in areas of equipment battlefield. By applying the basic principle of multi-objective and multidimensional fuzzy decision making this paper suggests an objective function with information entropy and regulating coefficient and achieves a new discernment matrix for fuzzy decision making and calculating formula for target purview. The method discussed in this paper provides relevant calculating steps according to different situations. The calculating results can reflect the damage degree of equipment battlefield across-the-board and well and truly. This model not only discusses on the development of multi-objective and multidimensional fuzzy decision making, but also enriches ways of evaluation on damage degree in areas of equipment battlefield.
