中青年男教师血脂状况和饮食态度行为调查研究

摘　　要：采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、专家访谈法和数理统计法对德州市中青年男教师血脂状况和饮食态度行为进行了调查研究。结果表明:中青年男教师血脂偏高趋势较严重,超重和肥胖人数较多;教师饮食态度较好,但营养知识缺乏,饮食行为存在着明显问题。基于以上情况,提出相应建议。By the methods of literature review, questionnaire, expert interview and mathematical statistics, this paper researches on blood lipid conditions and attitude and behavior toward diet of the middle-age and young male teachers in Dezhou. The results show that their high level of blood lipid is serious ; overweight and fat is widespread among the male middle-age and young teachers ; the male teachers have a rather good attitude to their diet, but lack the nutrition knowledge, and there exists some problems in their dietary behavior. Based on these, this paper puts forward some corresponding suggestions.
