当代大学班级契约管理模式初探

摘　　要：高等院校中,班级是学校实施教育和管理的基层单位。现行大学班级管理模式的管理主义倾向存在较多的弊端,漠视学生的个别差异,以方便管理为主,不能实现班级教育的价值诉求。而在大学班级管理中推行契约式管理模式,可以较好地克服管理主义的不足,在一定意义上能够满足教育的价值使命。In institutions of higher learning, classes are the grassroots unit for conducting and managing education. The managerialism in the present college class management causes many problems such as ignoring the individual differences of students and being unable to realize the goal in value pursuit for the sake of conven- ience in management. However, creating a contract management mode in college classes can not only help get rid of managerialism but also fulfill the mission of education in values to a certain extent.
