摘  要:首先介绍了无刷直流电动机的等效模型和机械特性。详细分析了电机启动、稳速运行和制动的控制过程和控制策略:电动采用三相6状态控制方法,制动采用控制性能好的低速能量回馈制动控制方法,以及电动和制动下PWM调制的主电路工作模态。针对燃料电池供电的伺服电机,研究了一种用来释放多余回馈能量的电压泵升电路。仿真和实验结果证明了文中分析的可行性和正确性。The equal mode and machine characteristic of brushless DC motor were analyzed. Then the process of starting, movement with stable speed and braking in ideal speed waveform and control strategies of servo motor were researched detailedly:the three-phase-six-state control method was used in electro motion, and regenerative braking with high control performance was used in braking at low speed, and work modes of main circuit with PWM modulation of electro motion and regenerative braking were analyzed too. For fuel ceil is used as the DC power of inverter,a voltage pumping circuit for releasing nimiety regenerative energy was researched. Finally, the simulation and experimental waveforms are given, which testify the above analysis and conclusions.
