摘　　要：构建和谐社会是一项系统工程,大学生群体是构建和谐社会的重要力量。强化大学生个性教育是构建和谐社会的本质要求。大学生个性教育的主要内容包括个性心理素质教育、心理健康教育和创新能力培养。高校教育者应该以和谐理念为指导,坚持以学生为本,促进良好个性自由、充分发展,为和谐社会建设培养创新人才。Constructing a harmonious society is a systematic project, in which the college students are important forces. Strengthening the college studentstndividual education is the essential requirement in the construction of the harmonious society. It includes education of individual psychological quality, education of psychological health and the fostering of innovative ability. The college educators, guided by the concept of harmony, should put students first, promote good individual freedom and its development so as to foster the innovative talents for the construction of the harmonious society.
