三自由度弹箭角运动模拟装置

摘　　要：国内外已经研制了多种弹箭角运动模拟装置,但大部分是一自由度或者两自由度,即使是三自由度的,其负载也是有限的,或者转速过低。依据弹箭外弹道运动中,初始攻角不为零情况下角运动的数学模型,研制了能够模拟弹箭三个角运动(进动、章动、自转)的模拟装置。并使用ADAMS软件仿真,验证了该三自由度半实物模拟装置运动轨迹与弹箭摆动方程攻角的变化规律一致,可作为引信和其他弹上设备研制的试验平台。Many simulation tables for projectile angle motion have been developed, but most of the tables are of 1-DOF or 2-DOF and even if the table is of 3-DOF, the load of projectile is low. According to the mathematic model under the condition that the initial attack angle during external ballistic motion is not zero, a simulation table is developed which could fulfill the simulation of the three angle motions of projectile （procession, nutation and spin）. The virtual prototype of the table is built by the dynamic simulation software, in which the kinetic regulars are analysed. The results show that the table meets the test requirement of the fuze and other equipments on the projetile.
