摘 要:为了提高压实质量和压实效率,提出了一种双频双幅合成振动压实方法,介绍了这种压实方法的基本原理和前3轮试验样机的设计方案及试验结果,认为双频振动压实机设计的主要参数是两频率比、两振幅比、两频率相位差和激振器初始安装角,应综合考虑它们对压实过程的影响。研究结果表明,与传统的单频振动压实方法相比较,双频双幅合成振动压实方法的主要特点是压实度较高,压实效率较高,对多种材料的适应性好,但需要的振动功率增大。In order to strengthen compaction process and improve compaction quality and compaction efficiency, a new compaction method of double-frequency and double-amplitude composed vibration is given out. The basic principle of the compaction method and the design proposal and the test result of former three experimental prototypes are introduced in this paper. The main design parameters of double-frequency composed vibrating compactor are the ratio of the two frequencies, the ratio of the two amplitudes, the initial phase difference of the two frequencies, the initial setting angle of the vibration exciter, and should synthetically consider the influence of them on compaction process. The result of research proves that compared with the traditional single frequency vibrating compaction method, the method has the main characteristic of higher compaction degree, higher compaction efficiency, better materials applicability and higher vibration power. 5 tabs, 7 figs, 10 refs.
