基于ISD2590的语音报警电路在煤矿综合监控系统中的应用

摘　　要：针对现有的煤矿综合监控系统中语音报警只有简单响声而没有具体语音提示的缺点,文章介绍了一种采用ISD2590语音芯片设计的语音报警电路,并以该电路在某甲烷传感器中的应用为例,介绍了其硬件和软件设计。现场试运行结果证明了该电路的有效性和可靠性。该语音报警电路亦适用于煤矿综合监控系统中的其它传感器。Aiming at the disadvantage that voice alarming in existing comprehensive monitoring and control system of coal mine only had simple sound but no concrete voice prompting, the paper introduced a voice alarming circuit, which was designed with ISD2590 voice chip. Taking application of the circuit in some methane sensor as example, the paper introduced its hardware and software design. The result of field trail running showed validity and reliability of the circuit. The circuit is also suitable for other sensors in comprehensive monitoring and control system of coal mine.
