摘  要:目的:确定杜仲中多糖的酶法提取工艺。方法:用正交试验的方法分别研究果胶酶、中性蛋白酶和纤维素酶对杜仲多糖提取率的影响。结果:果胶酶增加多糖提取率效果最为显著,其最佳提取条件是:酶加量0.10mg/L,酶处理温度50℃,酶处理时间3h。其次是中性蛋白酶,纤维素酶的效果最差。结论:果胶酶可明显增加杜仲多糖的提取率。Objective:To study the effect of extraction rate from Eucommia ulmoides oliv polysaeeharide by enzyme. Methods: It was investigated by orthogonal experiment design L9 (34 ) on the influence of the extraction rate of Eucomrnia ulmoides oliv polysaccharide, neutral protein enzyme and cellulose enzyme. Results:The effectiveness of enzyme was the best. The optimal condition of extraction was when enzyme was as much as 10% ,and 50℃ heat preservation up to 1h. The second was neutral protein enzyme,The cellulose enzyme was the last. Conclusion: The enzyme can increase the extraction rate of Eucommia ulmoides oliv polysaccharide.
