摘  要:目的从动物实验方面观察睫状体平坦部滤过术降眼压效果及对眼部组织学影响。方法以卡波姆慢性高眼压兔作为动物模型,利用超声生物显微镜(UBM)和B型超声等方法,观察睫状体平坦部滤过术术后睫状体、巩膜瓣、结膜瓣、视神经等组织结构变化。结果手术组兔眼临床表现:滤过泡轻度隆起,眼球无明显扩张。术后3个月,球结膜充血水肿消失,结膜缝线全部脱落,滤过泡弥散;角膜混浊,水肿消失;前房内混浊消失,瞳孔直径约5mm,对光反射弱;晶状体无混浊,眼底变化不明显。结论睫状体平坦部滤过术可成功降低慢性高眼压兔模型眼压,该手术无明显并发症,对兔眼组织结构无明显损害。滤过泡纤维粘连因素对该手术有影响。OBJECTIVE To investigate the effects of reducing intraocular pressure by pars plana filtration technique on glaucoma model, and to further study its effects on ocular region histopathology. METHODS Experimental animal study: When Karbomer hypertension rabbits were treated by pars plana filtration surgery, the ciliary body, scleral flap, conjunctival flap and optic nerve were observed by UBM and B ultrasound. RESULTS Clinical situation of operated eyes: conjunctiva was congested and oedematous; tresis vulnus was closed well; cornea had cloudiness and oedema which was just like the control group; bleb characteristics was clear; there was floccular turbidness in anterior chamber; the vessels of iris surface were dilatated; lens were clear; the vitreous body and eye ground were not seen; the above-mentioned inflammatory reaction had improved and after 3 months disappeared. CONCLUSIONS Pars plana filtration technique provides reduction of IOP of experimental hypertension model, and has few disadvantages. The research indicates it may have improvement on the effect level with antifbrotic agents in pars plana filtration technique.
