摘  要:目的:通过观察BCL-2结合抗凋亡基因1(BAG-1)和BCL-2在多发性骨髓瘤(MM)患者骨髓活检塑料包埋切片中的表达,探讨MM的发病机制和预后。方法:用SP免疫组化法检测MM患者骨髓活检组织塑料包埋切片中BAG-1和BCL-2的表达。结果:BAG-1和BCL-2在MM组中高表达,在对照组中低表达,P<0.05差异具有统计学意义;与BAG-1和BCL-2低表达患者相比,高表达BAG-1和BCL-2的患者骨损害明显,白蛋白低,β2微球蛋白高。结论:BAG-1和BCL-2在MM发病中具有促进作用,BAG-1可能参与MM的发生,提示预后不良。Objective: To investigate the pathogenesis and prognosis of muhiple myeloma(MM) by observing the expression of BAG-1 and BCL-2 in the myeloid tissues. Methods:Immunohistochemical method(Streptavidin-Peroxidase) was used to detect the expression levels of BAG-1 and BCL-2 from the bone marrow with plastic embedding. Results : Highly expressed BAG-1 and BCL-2 were found in cases with MM ,but that was low in the controls (P 〈 0. 05 ). Those cases with high expression level of BAG-1 and BCL-2 were found with evident bone impairment,low level of albumin but high 132 microglobulin in comparison with the cases of lower expression. Conclusion:BAG-1 and BCL-2 protein may result in the development of MM and the presence of BAG-1 can predicate the poor outcome of this disease.
