转录因子ETS-1在舌癌组织中表达的意义

摘　　要：目的:探讨ETS-1基因在舌癌发生发展过程中的作用。方法:采用免疫组织化学方法检测57例舌癌患者手术标本和10例正常对照组标本的ETS-1基因的蛋白表达情况。结果:舌癌组中的ETS-1基因蛋白表达水平明显高于正常对照组(P<0.05)。恶性度高的舌癌组明显高于低度恶性舌癌组(P<0.05)。结论:ETS-1基因在舌癌的发生发展过程中可能起一定的作用,且与恶性程度有一定相关性。Objective ：To investigate the role of ETS-1 gene in the pathogenesis and development of tongue carcinoma. Methods： Immunohistochemical method was used to detect the ETS-1 protein expression in 57 specimens of tongue carcinoma tissue and 10 specimens of normal tongue tissue（controls）. Results：The protein level of ETS-1 gene expression in the tissue of tongue carcinoma was significantly higher than that of the controls（P 〈0.05）. The increased expression of ETS-1 was observed in highly malignant cases as compared with that in lower degree of malignancy（P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion：ETS-1 gene may be involved in the pathogenesis and development of the tongue carcinoma, also, it may be responsible for the degree of malignancy.
