非镇静经鼻胃镜的临床应用评估

摘　　要：目的:探讨使用非镇静经鼻胃镜在上消化道疾病中的临床应用价值。方法:应用Olympus GIF-XP260N鼻胃镜检查120例上消化道疾病患者,术前准备同普通胃镜。结果:117例(97.5%)经鼻插入,3例经口插入,全部病例均能完成上消化道检查。103例(85.8%)检查时基本无反应,14例(11.7%)有轻度反应,3例(2.5%)反应较大。结论:非镇静经鼻胃镜检查是一种新型的上消化道内镜检查技术,能减少操作时患者的恶心不适感,改善患者耐受性,避免静脉麻醉药的使用,是一种安全、可行的常规内镜检查选择。Objective：To evaluate the efficacy of unsedated transnadal esophagogastroduodeno-scopy. Methods： 60 patients with upper gastrointestinal tract disorders were examined with unsedated transnadal esophagogastroduodenoscopy （Olympus GIF -XP260N）, the preparation of pre-examination was the same with that of conventional endoscope. Result： Examination of upper gastrointestinal tract was completed in all with no complaint in 103 （85.8%）, 14 （ 11.7 % ）had mild and 3 （2.5 % ）serious discomfort. Conclusion： Unsedated transnadal esophagogastroduodenoscopy is a new technique for upper gastrointestinal endoscope It is better tolerated by patients with a lower incidence of nausea, and may obviate the need for conscious sedation. Therefore, it is a safe and feasible alternative to conventional endoscope.
