摘 要:利用摩托车发动机脚起动机构原理和结构运动特性设计制造一种作品机器蝗虫,实现了类似蝗虫的间歇跳跃运动。我们先探讨了该方案的可行性,接着画出装配草图,然后利用Adams来仿真并完善设计,定型之后进行了强度校核,最后制成的产品在实验中圆满达到了预期,可以预见该机器蝗虫在以后此类仿生研究中有一定积极意义。文章介绍了其机械部分的设计过程。The motorcycle engine foot start-up agencies' movement characteristic of the principle and structure inspires us that we can apply the feature of this kind movement into simulating locust robot combined with the link system to realize the movement featuring intermission and single-way. We set out by discussing the feasibility of the plan, and then draw the sketch, we simulate the robot in the Adams environment afterwards, followed by the examination and optimization of the structure. The final product functions exactly in the way we expected, we believe this attempt will be positive in bionic engineering. In this paper, we introduced the mechanical part of the design process.
