摘  要:通过比较日本、韩国和我国台湾地区企业的创新模式,发现韩国和我国台湾地区分别实行了技术跨越战略与价值链提升战略,其共同点是都依赖于海外市场;日本却主要是依靠国内市场需求,以破坏性创新颠覆欧美企业的垄断地位。借鉴国际上的创新理论和经济发展理论,根据我国面临的国际环境和国内市场特性,对我国企业的自主创新之路进行初步分析后发现,我国应形成以破坏性创新为主导、以技术跨越为辅助的自主创新模式,并以深入理解我国客户需求、发掘我国文化内涵为根本创新思路。A comparative study of the innovation models of Japanese,Korean and Taiwan firms indicates that Korea adopts technology leapfrogging strategy while China's Taiwan applies technology value chain promotion strategy.But both of them depend mostly on overseas markets.However,Japan,in principle,depends on special demand of domestic markets and therefore it subverts the monopoly of European and American firms with the aid of disruptive innovation.On the basis of some new innovation theory and economic development theory,the present paper explores the path of indigenous innovation for Chinese firms from the perspective of international environment and characteristics of the domestic market.The study argues that China should establish a model of indigenous innovation with disruptive innovation as a dominant approach,together with a subsidiary approach of technology leapfrogging.This paper also argues that China should place emphasis on the new creative thinking based on a profound understanding of both Chinese customers' demands and the traditional Chinese cultural value.
