基于航运目标转移的航海专业师资队伍建设

摘　　要：航海院校航海技术专业师资队伍中存在数量严重不足、航海资历、学历教育和英语水平有待提高等问题,具体的解决对策有:创新管理体制,加强师资队伍培养中长期规划,全面提升教师的专业理论水平与操作技能,拓展人才引进渠道。The main issue about the navigational faculty of marine colleges is reflected in the adequate number, navigational competence and experience, formal education and English language ability. To resolve this issue, solutions are tentatively put forward in such respects as the development of creative management system, the implementation of teachers＇ middle-and-long-term construction and training plan, and the talent introduction on a large scale.
