摘 要:目的:观察针刺足三里穴(ST36)及足三里不同组穴对运动疲劳大鼠的运动耐力、骨骼肌线粒体及肝脏抗氧化酶活性的影响,探讨针刺足三里单穴及不同组穴缓解运动疲劳的作用及其作用机制。方法:SD成年雄性大鼠,适应性游泳后随机分为正常对照组、模型组、足三里组、足三里-三阴交组(ST36-SP6)及足三里-中脘组(ST36-RN12)。采用无负重游泳方式建立大鼠运动疲劳模型,分别采用毫针针刺相应穴位。末次力竭运动结束后,分离大鼠肝脏及骨骼肌,检测骨骼肌线粒体及肝脏组织中的超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化酶(GSH-Px)的活性。结果:足三里组和足三里-中脘组大鼠的力竭运动时间显著高于模型组(P<0.05);足三里-中脘组的右胫骨前肌、左胫骨前肌及腹直肌线粒体内的SOD、GSH-Px的含量显著高于模型组(P<0.05);足三里组、足三里-三阴交组及足三里-中脘组大鼠肝脏的SOD、GSH-Px含量均显著高于模型组(P<0.05),足三里-中脘组大鼠肝脏的SOD、GSH-Px含量显著高于足三里组及足三里-三阴交组(P<0.05)。结论:针刺足三里单穴及针刺足三里-中脘组穴能够有效地提高运动疲劳大鼠骨骼肌线粒体及肝脏的抗氧化酶活性,减少自由基损伤,提高运动耐力,这种效应以针刺足三里-中脘组穴为著。Objective:To study the effects of acupuncture with filiform needle at Zusanli (ST36) or ST36 combination with other point on anti - fatigue by observing the antioxidant enzyme content, exercise performance. Methods : Male SD rats were randomly divided into 5 groups, normal group, model group ( exercise induced fatigue ) , ST36 group, ST36 - SP6 group and ST36 - RN12 group. The exercise induced fatigue was established after prolonged swimming( 10 days). The rats in ST36 group,ST36 - SP6 group and ST36 - RN12 group were treated respectively with filiform needle acupuncture once a day for totally 10 days after swimming. After the last exhaustive swimming, the skeletal muscle and liver tissue were taken out, and the antioxidant enzyme content in skeletal muscle mitochondria and liver tissue were determined. Results: After treatment,the exercise performance increased significantly in ST36 group and ST36 -RN12 group as compared with model group( P 〈 0. 05 ). The SOD, GSH - Px content in mitochondria of bilateral tibialis anterior muscle and rectus abdominis in ST36- RN12 group were higher than those in model group( P 〈0. 05). The SOD,GSH -Px content in liver in ST36 group,ST36 -SP6 group and ST36 -RN12 group were higher than those in model group( P 〈 0. 05 ), and those in ST36 - RNI2 were higher than those in ST36 - SP6 group(P 〈0. 05). Conclusion:Acupuncture at ST36 or ST36 - RN12 can effectively relieve exercised induced fatigue by improving the antioxidant enzyme content in skeletal muscle mitochondria and liver tissue ,which these effects were more obvious in acupuncture at ST36 -RN12.
