摘  要:研究利用溶剂热法提取紫叶稠李叶中黄酮类化合物的最佳工艺条件,考察了乙醇体积分数、料液比、提取时间、提取温度及提取级数5个单因素对紫叶稠李叶黄酮提取率的影响,并在单因素的基础上进行正交实验得到紫叶稠李叶黄酮提取的最佳工艺条件:乙醇体积分数为70%、料液比1g:40mL、提取2.5h、提取温度80℃,提取2次。并研究了紫叶稠李叶提取物在新榨豆油中的抗氧化作用,效果良好。The optimal conditions of flavonoid extraction from leaves ofprunus virginiana by solvothermal method and its antioxygenation were studied. The results through primary factor experiments and orthogonal tests showed that the best technical conditions for flavonoids extraction could be obtained with 70% alcohol, ratio of raw materials and solution as 1 g : 40mL,time of extraction 2.5h ,temperature of extraction at 80℃ ,and times of extraction was two. The antioxygenation of the flavonoids from leaves ofprunus virginiana was studied in the soybean oil. The graph of POV showed that the flavonoid from leaves ofprunus virginiana was a good antioxidant.
