摘  要:目的:探讨脂汰清颗粒对实验性高脂血症兔血脂代谢指标的影响。方法:将1.5~2.0kg普通级雄性新西兰兔随机选取10只作空白对照组,喂普通饲料。余兔按高脂饲料配方1饲喂6周,制成高脂血症模型,再随机分为模型组、脂汰清治疗组、辛伐他汀对照组、山楂精降脂片对照组。从第7周开始,脂汰清组、对照组分别给相应药物,空白组和模型组给等量生理盐水,灌胃;同时,正常组喂全价营养饲料,余组改喂高脂饲料配方2;11周后检测CHO、TG、HDL-C、LDL-C、apoAI、apoB。结果:脂汰清组可显著降低CHO、LDL-C、ApoB(P<0.05,P<0.01),升高HDL-C(P<0.05),与辛伐他汀组、山楂精降脂片组作用相近(P>0.05),对TG、ApoAI作用不明显(P>0.05)。与空白组比较,CHO、TG、LDL-C、ApoB仍有差异(P<0.01),此与造模太过、治疗观察期间仍喂高脂饲料及疗程不足有关。结论:脂汰清颗粒调节血脂代谢的作用显著、稳定,有望成为防治HLP和AS的中药新药,值得继续研发。Objective:To investigate the effects of Zhitaiqing particles on indicators of liquid metabolism in rabbits with experimental hyperlipemia. Methods : Choose 10 New Zealand rabbits as blank control group from the ones during 1.5 - 2. 0kg weights randomly and feed them normal foods. The rest rabbits are fed with high fat foods in one formula. After six weeks, Hyperlipemia models are formed, and were randomly divided into model group, Zhitaiqing treatment group, simvastatin control group, and Shanzhajing Jiangzhi Pian control group. From the seventh week, rabbits in normal group are fed with the nutrient foods of the full price,while the rest rabbits are fed with high fat foods in another formula. At the same time, dissolvent is fed to the Zhitaiqing group and the other 2 control ones; as the samt time, feed the rabbits with saline with the same quantity by garage in blank and model group. After 11 weeks,collect the data of CHO,TG,HDL - C,LDL - C,apoM,apoB. Resul.ts:In Zhitaiqing group the figures of CHO,LDL - C,ApoB(P 〈0. 05 ,P 〈0. 01 )fell significantly while HDL - C ( P 〈 O. 05) rose. With the same performance in the simvastatin group and Shanzhajing Jiangzhi Pian group ( P 〉 0. 05 ), not significant effects on TG, ApoAI appeared ( P 〉 0. 05 ). Compared with blank control group, CHO, TG, LDL- C ,ApoB still differed(P 〈0.01). This model is unsuitable due to excessive feeding of high fat foods during treatment & observation period and insufficient treatment. Conclusion:Zhitaiqing particles play a significant and stable regulatory role in liquid metabolism and are expected to become new Chinese medicine to Combat HLP and AS. Further research and development will be worth.
