电针加灸对急性脑缺血再灌注大鼠脑组织ICAM-1的影响

摘　　要：目的:研究电针加灸对急性脑缺血再灌注大鼠血脑屏障的保护作用与脑组织中ICAM-1的阳性变化。方法:采用大脑中动脉线栓法制备缺血再灌注模型,造模成功后30min后电针"百会"、"水沟"穴,艾灸"足三里",测定治疗前后6、12、24、48h后大鼠脑组织中ICAIW-1的阳性含量。观察治疗前后各时相大鼠血脑屏障超微结构的变化。结果:(1)电针加灸组中ICAM-1的阳性数量明显低于模型组(P<0.01)。(2)HPIAS-1000计算机高清晰彩色图像分析仪显示电针加灸组中ICAM-1的阳性表达明显低于模型组。结论:电针加灸对急性脑缺血再灌注大鼠血脑屏障具有保护作用,其作用机制可能是通过电针加灸能降低大鼠脑组织中ICAM-1的阳性含量,从而减少血脑屏障形态结构的破坏,维持其生理功能的正常。Objective ：To investigate the protection BBB by using electro- acupuncture and moxibustion after after acute cerebral ischamia reperfusion in rats and masculine expression of ICAM - 1 level in brain tissue. Methods ： Use middle cerebral artery occlusion/reperfusion（MCAO/R） rat model. The acupoint＂ baihui＂ and＂ Shuigou＂ were stimulated by electro - acupuncture and ＂zusanli＂ was stimulated by moxbustion 30 minutes after the model is successful. To survey and evaluate the ICAM -1 level in in brain tissue between prior- treatment and post- treatment in 6,12,24,48h. To observe the ultramicrostructure change of the BBB between prior - treatment and post - treatment in .each phase. Results ： （ 1 ） The conclusion showing the number of masculine expression on ICAM - 1 in electro - acupuncture and moxibustion group are less than in model group. （2）From HPIAS- 1000 picture -analysator,we can see there are less masculine expression in electro - acupuncture and moxibustion group compared with the model group. Conclusion： Electro - acupuncture and moxibustion can protect the BBB system. The mechanism of action maybe cut down the masculine expression on ICAM - 1, degrade the damage of BBB,keeping the normal physiologic function.
