摘 要:目的 观察葡萄糖酸钙对草酸铂(L—OHP)引起的神经毒性的预防作用。方法59例患者随机分为两组,研究组为葡萄糖酸钙+化疗(改良FOLFOX4);对照组为单用化疗(改良FOLFOX4)。研究组在静脉滴注L—OHP前后加用10%葡萄糖酸钙10ml缓慢静脉推注。结果神经毒性发病率研究组为36.7%,对照组为55.2%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。L—OHP平均累积剂量两组间比较差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。结论葡萄糖酸钙可以有效减少L—OHP神经毒性的发生率。Objective To assess the neuroprotectant effect of Ca gluconate against oxaliplatin - induced neurotoxicity. Methods Fifty - nine patients were divided into two guoups randomly. Experimental group received chemotherapy and Ca gluconate, and control group only received chemotherapy. The infusion of Ca gluconate ( 1g) was proceeded before and after oxaliplatin. Results Of all patients available, the incidences of neurotoxieity in experimental group and control group were 36.7%, 55.2% respectively ( P 〈 0. 05 ). No difference of L - OHP cumulative dose was ovserved between the two groups (P 〉 0.05 ). Conclusions The infusion of Ca glueonate can reduce the incidence of oxaliplatin - induced neurotoxicity effectively..
