西部大开发与现代西北少数民族多元文化的建构

摘　　要：西北少数民族多元文化与所有的民族文化一样,其共同的主要特征是其变异性和稳定性,这种变异性与稳定性的辩证统一则是其发展的基本规律。西部大开发加速了西北少数民族多元文化的发展,使之进入到向现代文化转型的关键时期。西部大开发加速了西北少数民族多元文化向现代化的转型过程,而正在转型的西北少数民族多元文化反过来对西部大开发的经济建设以巨大的推动。在西部大开发的形势下,西北少数民族多元文化的转型与建构,首先必须高度重视和坚持保护西北少数民族传统的多元文化。西北少数民族多元文化现代化转型过程中的变异、发展和创新,不仅是任何民族文化的变异性所决定的,而且也是构建现代西北少数民族多元文化的必经之路。Like all other ethnical cultures, the pluralistic cultures of the national minorities in northwestern China are mainly characteristic of variability and stability, whose dialectical integrity is the primary law of advancement. The nation-wide campaign of northwestern China economic development had sped up the advancement of these pluralistic cultures and brought them into a critical period of transformation. Thus under the northwestern Chi- na economic development, to realize the transformation and re-construction of the pluralistic cultures of northwestern ethnics, great and persistent attention should be paid to protecting these pluralistic cultures. Then, the variation, advancement, and innovation of cultures of these national minorities are necessary steps in the course of modernistic transformation and re-construction of these regional cultures.
