摘　　要：在系统因果分析的基础上建立了基于系统动力学的物流企业变革理论模型,并利用模型模拟了惯性、学习投入、学习效率、匹配等参数对变革系统动态行为影响路径和企业变革的行为模式,验证惯性影响机制的实现路径及其适用范围,为"实验"各种促进物流企业变革成功的政策的可行性,探索推动企业变革成功的关键"杠杆因素"奠定了条件。Analyzing systematically the factors of logistics enterprise change, the paper put forward a simulation model for logistics enterprise change. Numerical simulation of the variables effects on logistics enterprise change, such as organization＇s inertia, the ratio of learning-invest and learning efficiency, the value-match degree. Organization＇s inertia is the main limiting factors of the logistics enterprise change.
