摘　　要：结合供应链管理需求,通过分析区域物流供应链构建过程,提出了厂区物流供应链管理模式、地区性物流供应链管理模式、国家级物流供应链管理模式及国际物流供应链管理模式等四个模式框架,完善供应链管理理论,提高物流企业核心竞争力。Analyzing the establishment process of regional supply chain, the paper proposes four supply chain management modes including factory-based SCM mode, regional SCM mode, national SCM mode and international SCM mode so as to improving supply chain management theories and raise the core competitiveness of logistics enterprises.
