高校物流管理专业人才培养若干问题探析

摘　　要：指出我国物流产业的快速发展对人才的需求巨大,而目前的物流管理专业人才培养体系在专业学科地位、人才培养目标、人才培养方式、师资结构等方面存在诸多问题。提出高校应当加深对物流教育的研究,开展与企业、政府、行业协会的多方合作,培养合格物流管理专业人才,适应物流产业发展需要。Based on the problems such as professional course position, personnel cultivation objectives and ways, teachers＇ structure, etc existing in the present logistics management professional personnel cultivation system, the paper proposes to study the logistics education, to develop cooperation with enterprises, government, industrial associations in order to cultivate the qualified logistics management personnel.
