摘　　要：目的:通过对错畸形患者Bolton指数测量分析,探讨牙冠宽度与安氏各类错畸形的关系。方法:错畸形患者的初始记存模型382副,按照安氏Ⅰ、Ⅱ1、Ⅱ2、Ⅲ类分组。测量牙冠宽度并计算Bolton指数,测量结果采用Duncan's检验。结果:382例错畸形病例的前牙比、全牙比、后牙比均没有性别间的差异。安氏Ⅰ、Ⅱ1、Ⅱ2类错畸形患者前牙比和全牙比与正常人群基本一致,而Ⅲ类错畸形患者前牙比和全牙比则与正常人群间存在差异,安氏Ⅲ类错畸形患者的前牙比及全牙比明显高于其他各组,有显著性差异。结论:上下颌间牙量关系不调是安氏Ⅲ类错畸形的主要病因之一。Objective：This retrospective investigation was designed to compare Bohon Index among subjects with different malocclusions groups of the Angle＇s system in an orthodontic population,to investigate the relationship between tooth size and different malocclusion groups of the Angle＇s system. Method： The study employed the pre-treatment models of 382 patients The subjects were from four malocclusion groups, Class Ⅰ, Class Ⅱ division 1, Class Ⅱ division 2, and Class Ⅲ, with the corresponding of Angle＇s classification characteristics. The mesio-distal dimensions of teeth were measured using callipers （accurate to 0.02 mm） and the Bolton indices were determined. The data were statistically analyzed using analysis of variance and Duncan＇s multiple range test, with the level of significance set at P 〈 0.05. Result： The results revealed that the mean anterior ratio and the mean overall ratio for the Angle＇s Class Ⅲ group was statistically significantly different from the population of normal occlusion, but no significant difference was found in the other groups. No significant difference was found between males and females. The anterior and overall ratios of the Class m malocclusion group were statistically greater than the other malocclusion groups. Conclusion：The dissonance between the maxillary and mandible tooth size is one of the etiologies of the Angle＇s Class Ⅲ malocclusion group.
