摘　　要：基础教育信息化是国家教育信息化的重要组成部分,是实现教育现代化的一项系统工程。我国每年投入巨额资金进行基础教育信息化建设,但并没有产出相应的效益。我们可以通过系统的基础教育信息化成本管理,进行基础教育信息化成本效益分析,提高基础教育信息化设备应用效率等策略,降低基础教育信息化成本,提高基础教育信息化效益。The elementary education informatization is the important component of national education informationization, is a systematic engineering of realizing education modernization. Our country every year invests the large amount fund to carry on the construction of elementary education informatization, but has not delivered the corresponding benefit. We may, through systematic elementary education informatization cost management, carry on the analysis of cost benefit of elementary education informationization, raise the equipment application efficiency of elementary education informatization and other strategies, reduce the cost of elementary education informatization, raise the benefit of elementary education informatization.
